What we do
We run the first mile of the dating-industry supply chain. Scouts find candidates on social media. The agency walks each candidate through verification — passport, live video, written terms — and passes the finished profile to vetted partner agencies that work with international dating platforms.
Models earn a fixed share of their profile balance. Scouts work remotely on a base rate. Partners get profiles that survive platform checks. Every role and every number is described openly on this site: for models, for scouts, for partners.
Where AQ Scout comes from
AQ Scout has worked in the dating industry since 2016. For most of that time it ran offline — through scouts, managers and referrals rather than a website. Over those years more than 800 people have worked through the agency, around 250 of them active scouts today, and together they have sourced over 15,000 verified model profiles.
The website is new; the operation behind it is not. We still keep every promise specific — a percentage, a payout date, an exit procedure are commitments we answer for, and income examples on this site are always labeled as examples, never guaranteed earnings.
How the team is organized
- Scouts — remote, on a base rate, bound by non-negotiable honesty rules (no overpromising, 18+ only, no pressure).
- Managers — walk models through application and verification, and stay the single point of contact afterwards.
- Verification — checks documents and live video before anything reaches a partner.
- Partner relations — agrees written terms with dating agencies and handles reporting and payouts.
The rules the agency runs on
