Privacy policy

Last updated: July 2026. This page explains in plain language how AQ Scout (“the agency”, “we”) handles personal data. It summarises our practice for the people who use this site — it is not a substitute for the written terms agreed individually, and it will be reviewed by a lawyer before public launch.

Who this applies to

This policy covers everyone who contacts AQ Scout through this website — models, scouts and partner agencies — and anyone whose data reaches us during cooperation. The registered legal entity and its jurisdiction are being finalised and will be named here before launch.

What data we collect

From the application form: your name, the role you choose (model, scout, partner or question), your country, the contact method you provide (Telegram, WhatsApp or email) and optional fields you fill in yourself — for example Instagram, experience or availability.

Technical data: IP address, approximate country, browser and the page the form was sent from. We use it only for spam protection and to see which page an enquiry came from.

Verification documents (models only): passport data and a short liveness video. These are never collected through the form — they are requested separately and only after written terms are agreed. See the dedicated section below.

Why we use it, and on what basis

  • To answer your enquiry and agree terms — because you contacted us and we act at your request.
  • To register a model’s profile on partner platforms — only on the basis of your separate, documented consent, which you can withdraw.
  • Spam protection and attribution — our legitimate interest in keeping the form usable.

Verification documents in detail

A model’s passport and liveness video exist for one purpose: to confirm age (18+) and identity to the agency and to the platforms’ verification systems. In practice:

  • They are requested after written terms, never as a first step and never through this website’s form.
  • They are used only for verification and are not published anywhere — the public profile shows only the photos selected for it.
  • You may watermark document images (for example «for verification only, {date}»); we accept watermarked documents.
  • We ask only for what verification needs — never card numbers, bank logins or SMS codes. Any such request would not be verification.

Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data and we run no advertising trackers. Data is shared only where the cooperation you asked for requires it:

  • Partner dating agencies — for models, and only with your documented consent, to register and operate the profile.
  • Platform verification systems — to confirm a profile is a real, verified adult.
  • Infrastructure we rely on: Cloudflare (website hosting and secure storage of form submissions) and Telegram (to notify our managers that an application arrived). These providers process data on our behalf.

International transfers

The dating platforms and some partner agencies operate outside your country, so data connected to a profile’s placement may be processed abroad. We share only what a given step requires.

How long we keep data, and deletion

Application data is kept while cooperation is active or still possible. Verification documents are kept only while the profile is active and are removed after a profile is withdrawn. You can request deletion of your application and data at any time through the form on the Contacts page, and we will confirm it. The exact retention period in days is being finalised and will be stated here before launch.

Your rights

You can ask us to show the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw a consent you gave — and, depending on your country, you may complain to a data-protection authority. To exercise any of these, use the form on the Contacts page.

Security

Access to documents is limited to the people who need it for verification; documents are not published and are accepted with watermarks. We keep the data we request to the minimum verification needs.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no third-party advertising cookies. If privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics are enabled, they do not identify you personally. Any change here will be reflected before launch.

Minors

AQ Scout works strictly with adults (18+), confirmed by passport during verification. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn that we have, we delete it.

Changes to this policy

We date this page at the top. If we change how we handle data in a material way, we update the date and the text.
