Terms of cooperation
Last updated: July 2026. This page summarises how cooperation with AQ Scout works. It is a plain-language summary, not the binding contract — what binds are the written terms agreed individually with each model, scout and partner. It will be reviewed by a lawyer before public launch.
Who can cooperate
We work strictly with adults. Cooperation with models is possible only from the age of 18, confirmed by passport during verification. There are no exceptions.
How cooperation starts
Nothing begins on a handshake. Specific terms — the percentage, payout schedule, and the obligations of each side — are fixed in writing before any cooperation starts, for models, scouts and partners alike. Submitting the application form is not a contract and creates no obligations; it is a request for contact, and no documents are needed at that stage.
No fees, ever
We never charge models or scouts anything — no registration, «training», photoshoot or «verification» fee. Our commission is paid by partner agencies. Money only ever moves toward the model and the scout, never away from them.
For models
A model earns a fixed percentage of her profile balance on each platform (10% at AQ Scout), paid monthly. Her profile is placed only with her documented consent, and she can request its withdrawal at any time — the exit procedure is agreed in writing before the start. Full terms are on the models page.
For scouts
Scouts work remotely on a guaranteed base rate plus a bonus per verified profile, bound by non-negotiable honesty rules: no overpromising, 18+ only, no pressure. Details are on the scouts page.
For partners
Partner agencies receive verified, consent-backed profiles under written terms agreed per batch. What each profile comes with is described on the partners page.
Consent and withdrawal
Every model profile rests on documented, written consent. A model may withdraw her profile; how a profile is removed from platforms is part of the written terms from day one.
The honesty rules we hold ourselves to
- Written terms before any cooperation — no «we'll send the contract later».
- Verification without exceptions: passport, live video, documented consent, 18+.
- No pressure and no manufactured urgency.
- All income figures on this site are examples and averages, never guarantees.
No income guarantee
Income in this industry depends on activity, the number of platforms and platform policies. Every figure we publish is an example or a range, and nobody on our side is allowed to promise fixed earnings. Treat any «guaranteed $X» claim — from us or anyone — as a red flag.
Changes to these terms
We date this page at the top and update it if the summary changes. The binding written terms agreed with you individually always take precedence over this page.
